If your buying inventory a lot of the above is actually profitable and can help increase returns. @Free Dating, I would reccomend doing tests with it (try 2-3 versions of text for the live person to say) and then test it against a version without one. You could be in for a suprise! You do realise, your looking at this from a markters/diff point of view from the consumer, what irritates you may or may not irritate them.
